About the Job
Concepts of Health Care, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our licensed home care team.
Office hours: Monday – Wednesday, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.

What You’ll Do:
  • Visit and assess clients in their homes.
  • Communicate with doctors, clients, families, and staff.
  • Complete nursing assessments and documentation.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule certified aides.
  • Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and agency policies.
  • Be available for on-call duties.

Requirements:
  • Active RN license.
  • Professional, reliable, and personable.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
